By using Marklo Habit Tracker ("the app"), operated by Azim Khan / Marklo Digital, Kolkata, India, you agree to the following terms.
Marklo Habit Tracker is a browser-based habit tracking tool. A free tier lets you track a limited number of habits. A one-time payment unlocks the full version for the current device/browser, delivered via an unlock code sent to your email after purchase.
Payment is a one-time charge processed by our payment partner (Creem / Razorpay). Pricing is shown clearly before checkout. Access does not include automatic recurring billing unless explicitly stated on the checkout page.
If your unlock code does not work or you experience a technical issue preventing use of the app, contact support@azimkhan.in within 7 days of purchase for a resolution or refund.
Your habit-tracking data is stored locally in your browser only. We are not responsible for data loss caused by clearing browser storage, switching devices, or browser/OS issues outside our control.
You agree not to attempt to resell, redistribute, or share your unlock code publicly, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app.
We may update these terms or the app's features over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
